Membership Agreement
between you and KAB WEBs Jobs
THE FOLLOWING IS THE MEMBER AGREEMENT AS
PRESENTED BY THIS JOB/RESUME POSTING SITE. YOU MUST AGREE TO
THESE TERMS BEFORE YOU WILL BE PERMITTED MEMBERSHIP. IF YOU DO NOT
ACCEPT THESE TERMS, PLEASE, DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES. ONCE YOU CLICK
THE I ACCEPT BUTTON BELOW, YOU AGREE TO THESE SAID TERMS OF
THE MEMBER AGREEMENT BELOW.
Article 1.Eligibility
of Membership - KAB WEBs Jobs is only available to people who
are legally able to provide employment to individuals able to work
legally. People who are of under age of 18 are not eligible
for memberships due to security precautions that can result as
of those memberships. If you do not meet these requirements, you are
not eligible to use these employer/employment services.
Article 2. KAB WEBs Jobs
is only providing employer/employment job or resume
posting services - We only provide services to people interested in
posting jobs and/or resumes via the Internet. We do not have control
over the Posted information, and cannot guarantee the authenticity
and quality of a said resume/person or employer/job posting. We are
not responsible for the actions of the employers or the
applicants before, during, and after the contacts made through this
site, typographical errors, misprints, loss of money, damage or
failure of equipment, due to your visit to this employer/employment
services site. Use of this site is at your own risk, and content is
presented 'As-Is'.
Article 3. Employers and
Applicants - As an employer, you may post jobs. As an applicant, you
acknowledge that responding to an employer job post does not
guarantee hiring. Once an applicant or employer makes contact with
each other, KAB WEBs Jobs has fulfilled it's obligatory
role and responsibility to maintain that contact is between employer
and applicant. A job post on this site does not obligate the
employer to hire an applicant listed on this site.
Article 4.Posting jobs/resumes
- As a member, you are welcome to post jobs and/or resumes on this
site. We do have restrictions on what jobs you post, and what
industry is involved, although the general clientele here will be
from the Information Technology industry. You may not post illegal
jobs, including anything that is affiliated with pornography, etc.
Jobs/Resumes that are posted are subject to review by the staff
of KAB WEBs Jobs , and may be removed without prior notice,
and without refund of money, if in violation with the this
Agreement. We cannot guarantee that
your posted resume will not be seen by your present employer.
Article 5.Charges - Posting a
resume on this site is free. Posting jobs requires payment
of fees as outlined on the following pages.

our Privacy Policy.
Article 7.Warranty
- KAB WEBs Jobs provides this web site in an 'as-is'
condition, without a warranty or condition. This site is
not liable for any damages resulting in an employer/employee or an
employer/applicant relationship resulting from the use of this site,
or your visit to the site.
